James, along with his entire staff are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful when you have a problem. We have been with them for few months, since the beginning, and have always had good service. There have been problems from time to time with slow Internet but I know I can always call them to check on any potential problems, knowing that they will get right on it to improve our service. Best internet in our area.
